What to Expect from Your First Appointment

Every new client starts with a personalized consultation at the beginning of your session. We’ll go over:

Booking FAQs

  • Do I need to provide anything?

    No. We bring everything needed, including water, power, and tools. All we ask for is a safe and legal place to park close to your home.

  • How long do appointments take?

    Most grooming sessions take 60 to 120 minutes depending on your dog’s size, coat, and temperament.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for popular time slots. Dogs on a 4–6 week prebooked rotation receive priority and a free Pupgrade Package.

  • Do you groom dogs over 50 lbs?

    No. We specialize in small and medium dogs only, up to 50 lbs, to ensure focused, safe, and gentle care.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

  • Do you require vaccines?

    While we do not board dogs or group them together, we recommend keeping your dog up to date on Rabies and core vaccines for their overall health and safety.
